Molases sugar Apple Crumble & BBQ pool party ;)

Ini dessert yang I buat 2 weeks ago. Sedap tau crumble ni. Gambar x berapa cun, xcukup nak kasi leleh and bakar orang lain utuk buat ...kes malu nak ambil gambar dessert sendiri kat rumah orang ... hehe .. Anak buah hubby jemput datang rumah baru dia, buat bbq pool party katanya ;) Jemputan datang pada tengahari hari yang sama. Macam xbest je datang lenggang kangkung ... so I pun check la my magic fridge, ada red apple ... so yg paling spontan I can think of masa tu is the Apple Crumble. Tetiba teringin lah nak buat crumble yg lain sket as a few days before that I saw a different recipe than the usual one I made kat blog dailydelicious. She added sugar to the crumble, buat I meronta-ronta nak tahu perbezaan rasanya ... haha. Berani betul kan, nak bawa gi rumah orang something I never tried before ... haha ... Alhamdulillah, I made the right choice and everyone seems to enjoy this dessert. It's not so sweet, so eating with vanilla ice cream will be great pair. This recipe is definitely a keeper and I'm gonna stick to it from now on.  Cuma I terkilan xde vanila ice cream to go with it. Nak buat vanilla sauce hari tu mmg xsempat la coz I also made kuih Kelepong a.k.a Buah Melaka.

Love is ...

well ... this one brings back memories of the past, when i was studying in the university. Huhu ... rindunya zaman itu, where we had less responsibilities, less to think except study and just enjoy life after those exams.

I used to collect this newspaper cuts from ... mm xingat lah, News Straits Time ke or The Star ... pastu tampal dlm buku ;) suka dgn it's simple way of describing what love is. Bila boring study selalu dok belek-belek ... haha ... verangankah? eww ... *wink wink. Cartoon nya tu pun alahaiii comel jer ... tapi buku tu dah xde, i rasa mak dah campak bila i dah kawin and pindah rumah ... yg i letak ni kebetulan ternampak orang post kat fb.

Ayam Pangggang Rosemary & Thyme

Jumaat lepas I masak ayam ni for dinner utk my doubleH. Sedap jugak rasanya resepi yang dikongsi oleh Mamasya ni. Sosnya sedap, yg ni ala-ala sos ayam golek yg biasa I beli. Cuma sebab I ada stok rosemary & thyme saya masukkan aje. Sos ni makan dgn keropok ikan pun sedap tau ;)

RESEPI AYAM PANGGANG BEST
Sumber: Dapurmamasya

Bahan-bahan A:
3 sudu besar cili boh
2 keping gula Melaka
1/2 cawan air

Masak semua bahan hingga pekat. I masukkan thyme & rosemary sblm lumur ke atas ayam.

Bahan-bahan B:
4 ulas bawang putih
1 ulas bawang besar
1 kiub stok ayam
1 inci halia
5 sudu besar sos lada hitam / 3sb sos lada hitam + 2sb sos tiram
3 sudu besar madu
Garam
Butter - lumur pada ayam masa nak bakar nnt

Blend bahan A dan B bersama-sama.
Lumur bahan blend tadi pada ayam yang telah dikelar dan perap sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam.
Lumur butter dan panggang ayam pd 180C selama 50 min - 1 jam. I guna pan ajaib, jd lebih pendek masa bakarnya.
Siram atas ayam lebihan sos perapan dlm bekas ayam.

Kami makan ayam ni dengan lebihan sos perapan.

** Untuk kentang tu, I blend sedikit ketumbar, jintan manis dan jintan putih. Gaulkan dgn kentang bersama sedikit olive oil dan bakar sekali dgn ayam.

2. Bentukkan bulat dengan menggunakan kedua-dua belah sosej dgn mecantumkan kedua hujung dengan pencungkil gigi.
3. Masukkan sosej tersebut ke dalam non stick pan yg telah dititik sedikit minyak.
4. Pecahkan sebiji telur ditengah-tengah sosej, taburkan serbuk lada hitam dan sedikit keju mozarella/cheddar jika suka. Masakkan sebentar dan bolehlah dihidangkan dengan sos.
