Decorated Doughnuts


Apart from baking cream puffs, i made doughnuts as well. Buat minum petang untuk anak-anak nyamuk kat kampung tu ...

DONUT CIKGU SURIA3 cups all purpose flour
3 tbs milk powder
3 tbs castor sugar
2 tbs shortening
1 tbs butter
2 tbs instant yeast
200ml water

Campurkan semua dalam bread machine & terap. Proof biar double size asal & goreng & golek atas gula castor.. Siap!!
I coated some with cooking choc & tabur choc rice & thousands.

Cream Puffs


Ni aktiviti during chinese new year. Sungguh la seronok bila dapat menghasilkan cream puff dengan titik peluh sendiri. Thanks to the wonderful recipe & Umi Imah yg sudi berkongsi recipe ni. Btw, gambar ni deeda yg tolong snap (sori deeda, i cilok from u)

CREAM PUFF

Pastry
250ml air
125g butter
150g tepung – diayak
¼ st garam
1 st gula 4 biji telur

Didihkan air dan butter hingga cair. Kemudian masukkan tepung yang diayak. Gaul sebati hingga adunan tidak melekat di periuk. Angkat dan sejukkan. Bila sejuk pukul sedikit and masukkan telur sebijik sebijik. Bakar 25 minit dgn suhu 200˚C atau sehingga kekuningan. 

Custard Filling

500ml susu segar 
100g gula 
80g tepung custard 

Hangatkan susu dan gula atas api sederhana. Masukkan tepung kastard and kacau sehingga pekat.

It's all about cakes


Semlm buat choc cake... ordered by a colleague utk bday abah dia arini... while waiting tu dan la try kek pisang yg mmg dah lama dah nak cuba... Mmg best betul kek pisang ni... very soft, cuma to me a bit sweet. Next time buat nak kena reduce gulanya nih...
Yang kat bawah ni all the cakes i made before, some untuk makan sendiri & some yg office mate ordered.

Soft Pandan Marble Cake ... lembut dan sedap sangat

Yeayy ... Seronoknya ... akhirnya jumpa resepi butter cake yang lembut sangat tanpa perlu guna ovalette. Alhamdulillah. Thanks Mamafa...
