German Cookies


Syawal dah berlalu tapi kita baru nak tayang biskut raya ... hehe. Tahun lepas buat Biskut Denmark, tapi x sempat nak bergambar. Tahun ni buat biskut german pulak sebab terguda dgn sekut cik Ika dan Diana. Mmg world sungguh la nama-nama biskut zaman sekarang ni, kan. Apa pun biskut ni memang best ... melt in the mouth gitu & akan jadi super duper best kalau guna pure butter tau.

GERMAN COOKIES
Original Recipe: KAK RIMA Bisou A Toi

Ingredients
  • 125g butter
  • 40g icing sugar (sieved)>>Kita kurangkan sbb ada caster sugar
  • 125g potato starch
  • 80g superfine flour (I used Plain Flour)
Caster sugar n lil bit colouring>>yg ni utk hiasan ~ color ikut theme baju raya tahun ni ;-)

Method
1. Beat butter and icing sugar till fluffy and lighter in colour.
2. Sift in potato starch and plain flour, mix to form a soft dough.
3. Roll into small balls (about 7g each) and arrange on lined baking tray - i used 1/2 tbsp to get the same size
4. Dip the tip of the fork in a bowl of water and press on cookie dough.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 170 deg C for 15 min.
6. Lepas keluar oven terus tabur dgn caster sugar kalau tak dia tak melekat, kita guna bhgn atas jerr :D
