dah a few times buat, biasanya makan dgn nandos garlic sos je ... kali ni I buatkan sos kasi special sikit.
Dah lama tergoda nak buat hasselback potatoes, so tu lah dia ... tapi versi org malas je, just curah in between the slices some garlic oil yg I buat sendiri by cooking some crush garlic dlm olive oil sekejap. Not so puas hati with the outcome as I didn't get the crispy layer of the potato skin. Nak kena study lagi the technique ni. But overall, the boys were happy dan keep on puji the sauce I made was super delicious ... ;)

Lemon Garlic Chicken
(Sumber: Quick Short Recipe Cookbook)
Seekor ayam
80ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice
4 biji garlic, crushed
Some black peppers, crushed
60g (2 1/4 oz) butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground paprika
Letakkan ayam dalam casserole/oven proof bakeware.
Campurkan lemon juice, garlic, butter, paprika dan pepper. Curah mixture atas ayam & lumurkan. Tutup & sejukkan dlm fridge utk beberapa jam atau semalaman.
Preheat oven to 180C. Bakar ayam selama lebih kurang 1 jam, sesekali lumurkan ayam dgn lemon mixture tadi. Jika suka, boleh dihidangkan bersama hirisan lemon.

Lebihan sos perapan ayam di atas
Lebihan jus yg keluar semasa ayam dibakar & yg melekat di atas dulang pembakar
Beberapa sudu sos garlic Nandos
Jus lemon & garam jika perlu
Campur kesemua bahan & masak sebentar atas api. Sesuai kan rasanya. Tambah sedikit jus lemon dan garam jika perlu. Hidangkan dengan ayam panggang di
atas.
