Baked Egg

Our breakfast this morning. Nampak kat dapur K.Ummi, tiru le jugak since dah kering idea nak buat breakfast apa utk si ninja2 tu. Tapi simple habis la just telur, whipping cream & pepper coz xde olives & kosher salt tu. Even breadcrumbs pon xde, nak buat sendiri... roti pulak dh habis buat puding aritu. Komen... me? nx mampu nak komen sbb never like 1/2 boiled eggs...  jadi my version pg tadi x goyang lah. Tanya cik abang... suapan pertama dia kata manis, dah banyak suap baru dia cakap, best la jugak ;). Haziq licinnnn... Alhamdullillah, sedap la tu. Yang serba kurang ni pon sedap, kalau ikut sebijik mau lg best nih. Resepi ni kita copy dr K.Ummi, thanks kak memberi idea utk breakfast anak2 I.

BAKED EGGS
Sumber: Culinate.com di Sini

2 large eggs
3 Tbsp. whipping cream
2 castelvetrano olives, pit removed and each olive torn into 2 or 3 pieces
~ Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
3 Tbsp. toasted breadcrumbs (homemade; see Note)

Steps:-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees convection, or 375 conventional.
Crack 2 eggs into a gratin dish, being careful not to break the yolks. Drizzle on the cream, scatter bits of olive around the eggs, and season to taste with freshly ground pepper and kosher salt.
Bake about 6 minutes, or until the white is set and yolks are very loose. (The dish will continue to cook once it’s out of the oven.)
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of each dish. Serve hot.
