White Gelatin ... with strawberry, chocolate & fruit cocktail topping


Tak leh nak citer panjang, keletihan balik keje & cik abe duk tunggu nak guna lappy plak. Nak translate resepi pon x larat ni. Alhamdulillah ... baru lepas menikmati dessert yg enak ni, elok pulak slps hujan.. mmm, indahnya ;) Sedap je rasa lembut-lembut sejuk, cam makan aiskrim pulak.. tp yg ni lebih creamy & ada cheese ... mmm... syiok habis you. Dessert ni makan memang kena ceduk2 je eh, lembut amat ... tapi I like jenis2 lembut membelai lidah ni ^_^ So kalau nak yg berbentuk sket kena la adjust sukatan gelatin tu ye.

Kami makan dengan 3 topping yg berbeza >> strawberry, choco & fruit cocktail... variety gitu. Anak2 pun suka & excited dok main curah topping segala. Dgn blueberry pon mesti ngam ni. Tapi kan, kalau makan togel gitu pun sedap jugak weiii.. Yang pasti memang menimbunkan lomak yo! Hahaha... awas ya utk mereka yg sedang berdiet.

WHITE GELATIN

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar ~ I kurangkan jd 1/3 cup
1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed


Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and well blended. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Stir into the cream cheese mixture along with the milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into a mold if desired, and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
