Lemon Garlic Chicken


Memenuhi request anak bujang sulung si Haziq... yang memang minat sungguh la dgn ayam panggang ;) Resepi ni pun dah a few times buat, tapi baru now sempat nak share. Tu pun budak berdua tu dah ready dgn pinggan x sabar2 nak makan. Terpaksa lah kita snap cepat-cepat terus dr oven jer. Sorry, tgh kemalasan sket nak translate resepi ni

Lemon Garlic Chicken

4 pieces chicken Maryland (leg quarter)
80ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Some black peppers, crushed
60g (2 1/4 oz) butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground paprika


Place chicken pieces in a non-metal dish.
1. Combine lemon juice, garlic, butter, paprika and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 180C. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Bake, brushing occasionally with lemon mixture, for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and golden brown. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
