♥ Lemon Curd Mousse Fruit Tart


Tadaa... ni satu lagi projek me'lemon'kan diri yg sgt best nih. Fuhh... panjang benar nak menyebut namanya ... patut kena ikut sifu la, main shortform jer. ... hihi... Sedap ... seindah namanya. Dapat pulak dimakan sejuk2 dr fridge. Kena buat lagi ni, tak puas makan.


Kali ni untuk tart shell tu I guna resepi sorang kawan >> basically just biskut marie yg diblend + butter. Mix & shapekan. Sejukkan dlm fridge/chiller pon xpe. Then baru bakar. Exact resepi x tau le letak mana... nnt dah jumpa kita paste balik ye. Resepi mousse tu, ambil dr sini >> Home Cooking In Montana  Tq to my friend Linda for the inspiration ;) 

LEMON CURD MOUSSE

1 cup heavy whipping cream
4-5 TBS lemon curd
Whip heavy cream to medium peaks.
Fold in lemon curd. Place the mousse in a plastic bag(or use a piping bag) and cut a small hole.
Pipe lemon curd mousse in each tart. Top with berries.

  2. haha... tergeliat lidah kan... mmg sedap tau, especially yg dok dlm fridge. u cuba la.. kalau xde lemon curd utk mousse tu, boleh tukar je dgn stoberi dll

Soft Pandan Marble Cake ... lembut dan sedap sangat

Yeayy ... Seronoknya ... akhirnya jumpa resepi butter cake yang lembut sangat tanpa perlu guna ovalette. Alhamdulillah. Thanks Mamafa...
