Ini dessert yang I buat 2 weeks ago. Sedap tau crumble ni. Gambar x berapa cun, xcukup nak kasi leleh and bakar orang lain utuk buat ...kes malu nak ambil gambar dessert sendiri kat rumah orang ... hehe .. Anak buah hubby jemput datang rumah baru dia, buat bbq pool party katanya ;) Jemputan datang pada tengahari hari yang sama. Macam xbest je datang lenggang kangkung ... so I pun check la my magic fridge, ada red apple ... so yg paling spontan I can think of masa tu is the Apple Crumble. Tetiba teringin lah nak buat crumble yg lain sket as a few days before that I saw a different recipe than the usual one I made kat blog dailydelicious. She added sugar to the crumble, buat I meronta-ronta nak tahu perbezaan rasanya ... haha. Berani betul kan, nak bawa gi rumah orang something I never tried before ... haha ... Alhamdulillah, I made the right choice and everyone seems to enjoy this dessert. It's not so sweet, so eating with vanilla ice cream will be great pair. This recipe is definitely a keeper and I'm gonna stick to it from now on. Cuma I terkilan xde vanila ice cream to go with it. Nak buat vanilla sauce hari tu mmg xsempat la coz I also made kuih Kelepong a.k.a Buah Melaka.
