Ni ler kek marble yg I citer kat bawah tu tadi. Saya setuju dgn DG dan Wen, kek ni sedap ... that's why sebelum cheq lupa, have to keep the recipe here. I love the outer crust yg garing tu, makan panas-panas baru keluar oven memang sedap woo ... tak sedar 2 3 potong masuk mulut sekali hadap, huhu ... bahaya, bahaya .. tu yang cepat-cepat agih-agihkan bagi kat sedara mara ni ... haha.

Recipe adapted from: Wen’s Delight via DG
Ingredients:
250 gr Butter - Soft
85 gr Caster sugar (I used 100 gr)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt (if prefers less salty just a pinch will do)
4 Egg yolks
1 tbsp Milk
200 gr Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
4 Egg whites
85 gr Caster sugar (I used 80 gr)
Method:
- Preheat oven at 160C. Line a 8" Square tin.
- Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and salt until light and fluffy.
- Add in egg yolks one at a time and beat till creamy. Add in milk and mix well.
- Sift in flour and baking powder and mix well. Set aside.
- Whisk egg white and sugar till soft peak in another bowl.
- Fold 1/3 of egg white mixture into butter mixture. Mix well and fold in the rest.
- Pour batter into lined baking pan and bake for 40-45 mins or until cooked.
** NOTE:
Untuk adunan coklat tu, I asingkan dlm 1/3 adunan campurkan dengan 3 sb nutella sbb hari tu dah kehabisan coco powder. Pastu pandai-pandai lah tompok-tompokkan adunan tu dlm baking tin & then swirl sket biar mcm nak xnak je bercampur utk beri efek marble tu ;)
Oh ye ... #budakkeningberkerut ni pun mai juga meneman mak dia datang mandi. Haha ... kelakar dengar citer Hafiy pasal dia yg hairan tgk muka sendiri lam cermin ni ...
