Tergoda jua... haha.. tiru tag line
K.Nor. Huhu... memang sungguh ku tergoda ^_^ tak leh nak citer panjang sbb dah nak masuk tido. Nak translate pon x larat. Satu lagi brownies yg amat mudah & sedap.
Cuma mcm K.Nor komen, tang manis tu memang boleh dikurangkan lagi. Next time mungkin boleh kurangkan lagi gula tu letak dlm 220g je. Anyway... dlm pada dok komen manis2 gitu... tak sampai sehari dah habis tau. Hihi wat malu jer, ... mulut kata manis, tapi tekak ni x mampu menolak bila tangan dok menyua brownies ke mulut. Hai... kesimpulannya, memang sedap lah & manis sungguh petang ku hari ni... ;)
CONGO BARS

Ingredients:
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour-(315g)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, softened-(150g)
1 lb. light brown sugar(453g) -
~ I letak 250gm (next time nak kurangkan 220g)
3 eggs-(Ayu used 4 small eggs)
1 teaspoon vanilla
11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips(326g)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
~ I ganti dgn almond sliced
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter disappears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together.
Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg.
Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Coat a 13 X 9 pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish
(I used baking paper).
Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake.
